- Stay close to your new leaders.
- Check in with them each week for the 1st month and see how things went and how they are doing.
- Check with your groups on their "Goals for the 1st month" (this was on a handout that was in their leader packet)
- Have they sent an email and introduced themselves to parents?
- Assign clusters
- Remind them that the expectation is that they meet in clusters after all large group lessons.
- Have they set ground rules for their group and communicated those rules to students?
- Have they mapped out who is teaching small group lessons?
- 1st small group lesson for HS is on 9/18 (Lesson A)
- 1st small group lesson for MS is 9/25 (Lesson 1)
- Keep promoting RECHARGE
- Leader sign-up is open and we want all leaders signed up by Nov. 1, 2024.
- Do your leaders have any discipline issues with students that are beginning to wear on them as leaders that have not yet addressed? Do they need coaching on how to handle it?
