1. Leaders will need to be on top of meeting with students who accepted Christ at Recharge (next step video) or those who checked "I want to meet with my leader". Please remind your leaders that those meetings should be prioritized and should happen within two weeks (ideally) of Recharge.

2. Are your leaders consistency doing 1:1's with every one of their assigned students? All small groups received a 1:1 report on January 6th of what 1:1's have currently been tracked.

3. Be sure your leaders are checking “This Week” on the Leader tab of the RUSH App, for important info on what they need to know for that particular week.
“This Week” is updated every Friday at 12noon

4. Remind your leaders to let us know if a  new student joins their group and isn't on their attendance roster. We need to know this.

5. Stay close to new leaders…keep checking in on them to see how they are doing. Check with your leaders to see if there are any student disciplinary issues they are struggling with.
