March Focus

Focus Areas

1. If you have leaders going through the baptism process with students 
  • March 12 | All students who attended the class and submitted the paperwork should have been met with by March 12th to review the paperwork and discern if baptism is the right next step for them.
  • March 19 | The RUSH Baptism Paperwork Packet and typed testimony of the student are due to Mary Graves. Completed items can be placed in the bin marked "Completed Baptism Paperwork" that is located on the leader resource counter.

2. Leader Retention
  • Are your leaders returning for the 2025-26 school year? If so, remind them to fill out the leader agreement (on the leader section of the app) by April 15th. If they are not planning to return please find out why and pass that information on to the RUSH Staff.

3. 1:1's
  • Are your leaders consistency doing 1:1's with every one of their assigned students? All small groups received a 1:1 report on January 6th of what 1:1's have currently been tracked.

Upcoming Events

March 5 | 6:30pm Family Talk Workshop Hosted by RUSH
  • Students should arrive early and be in their seats by 6:25pm.

March 12 | High School Scatter Night (meet offsite)
  • High school groups should plan to meet offsite. Middle school is in small group and will be utilizing the classrooms.
  • Email TJ TenPas by no later than Friday, March 7th to let her know your plans. 
  • Parents MUST be notified at least 1 week in advance of a night when student(s) will be transported off site. 
    • To review scatter night information, check out the Welcome Aboard Training module lesson on scatter night.

March 19 | Middle School Scatter Night (meet offsite)
  • Middle school groups should meet offsite. High school is in small group and will be utilizing the classrooms.
  • Email TJ TenPas by no later than Friday, March 14th to let her know your plans. 
  • Parents MUST be notified at least 1 week in advance of a night when student(s) will be transported off site.
